BoosterMap — account-deletion

This document is the complete English companion for consumers whose explicitly selected habitual-residence market is CZ. BoosterMap is a phone service for a collectible-card seller map, community stock reports, shelf photos, alerts, rewards and moderation. Core app UI is English. Registration requires an explicit habitual-residence selection, an 18+ attestation, one mandatory act accepting the Terms and acknowledging receipt of the Privacy Notice, and separate optional consents. CZ, SK and DE are the only prepared markets; every other market is blocked.

Public registration, new consumer sales, Google Places and publisher paths remain off until a signed, fresh server gate passes. Existing entitlements can be restored and managed while new sales are off. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Reversible deactivation and immediate permanent deletion are different actions. An ordinary stock correction is outside the DSA notice queue. Pseudonymised records are not called anonymous without a re-identification test.

Deactivation, erasure and export

Deactivation is reversible and retains the account; permanent deletion immediately invalidates tokens, removes the public profile and cannot be restored. Web requests use one-time control proof, a separate status token and no account enumeration. Processor states are sanitised; RevenueCat erasure is idempotently retried with bounded backoff and a terminal schedule. Export uses explicit field allowlists and other-person redaction; payload is purged after 24 hours while audit remains. [REQUIRED: verified active-system, processor and backup timelines].
