Terms of Service
BoosterMap helps players find stores and community-confirmed booster stock. Accounts are for players who can follow the community rules and local laws that apply to them. No date of birth is collected in v1 and the app does not use a hidden age gate.
Community rules
Do not submit illegal content, harassment, spam, fake stock reports, doxxing, IP-infringing uploads, commercial self-promotion outside the claim flow, or photos that identify people in a context-inappropriate way.
Moderation transparency
- Pre-moderation: shelf photos enter review before public display.
- Report mechanism: users and non-users can report illegal content, false information, spam, privacy issues, or rights issues.
- Block abusive users: signed-in users can block another user's reports from their own view.
- Statement of reasons: when content or an account is restricted, we send the affected user the facts relied on, the rule or legal ground, whether automation was used, and redress contact details.
Repeat-infringer policy
Violations may receive strikes, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Three strikes in 90 days can lead to a 30-day suspension; repeated abuse after suspension can lead to a permanent ban.
Notifications
- The app remains usable without push permission.
- Stock-alert and marketing pushes require separate opt-in and can be disabled independently.
- No paid consumer subscription flow is enabled in the current presentation build.
Legal review artifacts
Before public store submission, the launch checklist includes privacy and data-safety declarations, DPIA, ROPA, DSA contact details, moderation runbook, statement-of-reasons template, and trademark clearance notes.
