This document is the complete English companion for consumers whose explicitly selected habitual-residence market is CZ. BoosterMap is a phone service for a collectible-card seller map, community stock reports, shelf photos, alerts, rewards and moderation. Core app UI is English. Registration requires an explicit habitual-residence selection, an 18+ attestation, one mandatory act accepting the Terms and acknowledging receipt of the Privacy Notice, and separate optional consents. CZ, SK and DE are the only prepared markets; every other market is blocked.

Public registration, new consumer sales, Google Places and publisher paths remain off until a signed, fresh server gate passes. Existing entitlements can be restored and managed while new sales are off. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Reversible deactivation and immediate permanent deletion are different actions. An ordinary stock correction is outside the DSA notice queue. Pseudonymised records are not called anonymous without a re-identification test.

DSA notice and action

Authorities and service recipients have separate electronic contacts. A notice includes precise location, facts and legal grounds, territory, evidence and good-faith confirmation; identity may be omitted only for the specified Directive 2011/93/EU offences. The notifier receives a durable bilingual receipt and every action or dismissal decision. The affected recipient gets structured Article 17 reasons: facts/source, automation, measure, territory, duration, legal or terms basis and redress. Article 18 is a restricted manual record only for suspected offences threatening life or safety.
